Job Summary

Geospatial And Cloud Analytics Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate support for travel-related questions.
  • Make flight reservations and modify existing reservations using Amadeus.
  • Verify ticket rules and regulations regarding cancellations and changes.
  • Offer prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers, maintaining effective communication and ensuring timely resolution of customer calls.
  • Log all interactions accurately using the Client's Contact Management System.
  • Adapt support approach to accommodate customers of varying experience levels.
  • Educate customers on support options and steps taken to resolve their issues.
  • Maintain positive communication with team members, customers, and partners.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department following Client's Procedures.

Requirements

  • Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written), fluent or native Dutch or Norwegian (verbal and written).
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 1 year of IT industry experience required and general knowledge of the IT industry.
  • High school diploma required; a BA/4-year degree would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions would be an advantage.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently – drives own personal performance, takes ownership of training and skill enhancement, seeks continuous quality improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills.
  • Achievement- and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration.
  • Solid time management skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications, Windows OS, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) system(s) such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
  • Passion for cloud technologies and changing the world.
