Cloud Customer Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Geospatial And Cloud Analytics Inc. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone, email, and video calls
- Make flight reservations and modify existing reservations using Amadeus
- Verify ticket rules and regulations regarding cancellations and changes
- Log all interactions accurately using our Client's Contact Management System
- Adapt support approach to accommodate customers of varying experience levels
- Educate customers on support options and steps taken to resolve their issues
- Maintain positive communication with team members, customers, and partners
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department following Client's Procedures
- Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written), fluent or native Dutch or Norwegian (verbal and written)
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Minimum 1 year of IT industry experience required and general knowledge of the IT industry
- High school diploma required; a BA/4-year degree would be an advantage
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs
- Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions would be an advantage
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps would be an advantage
- Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance
