Job Title: Cloud Customer Lifecycle Manager

At Jujur, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cloud Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our cloud technology customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for cloud technology customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Leverage various communication channels, including social media, digital platforms, video conferencing, and phone calls, to effectively engage with customers and drive sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Forecast sales, pipeline, and usage of cloud products and solutions, providing accurate and timely insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collect and articulate customer feedback, ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard and valued within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written), fluent or native Swedish (verbal and written).
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 1 year of IT industry experience, with general knowledge of the IT industry.
  • High school diploma required; a BA/4-year degree would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Ability to work independently, drive personal performance, and take ownership of training and skill enhancement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps.
  • Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via phone, email, video, and presentations.
  • Achievement- and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications, Windows OS, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) system(s) such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
