Senior License Manager

At thyssenkrupp Elevator, we're committed to creating a culture of innovation and excellence. As a Senior License Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our software license management strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement software license management processes, ensuring optimal usage and compliance with vendor licensing terms.
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end process of software license management, including acquisition, deployment, tracking, and renewal of licenses.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, finance, and IT teams, to align license management strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on license usage, compliance status, and cost performance for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for license optimization and cost savings across the organization.
- Proven track record of managing vendor audits, with expertise in handling compliance and legal requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using license management and SAM tools to track and optimize license usage.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related fields. A relevant certification in License Management or Software Asset Management is a plus.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in software license management, preferably within a consultancy environment.
