Sales Development Representative

At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, we're committed to advancing and optimizing the laboratory to move science and healthcare forward.
We're seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona, where you'll be responsible for achieving maximum sustained growth and market penetration in the accounts of the designated work area East of Spain.
This role is part of our Sales Team and will be fully remote. You'll work closely with our Area Sales Manager East to develop and implement strategies and tactics necessary to ensure the sustained and profitable growth of the business in your area of responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing collaborative relationships to grow existing business by differentiating solutions clinically & financially versus the competition;
- Negotiating consistent and transparent pricing to secure long-term profitable and sustainable sales/market presence;
- Developing and implementing marketing plan strategies to ensure the achievement of its operating plan goals;
- Preparing marketing inputs for the Strategic and Operating Plan, also as sales forecast;
- Establishing, developing and maintaining commercial relationships with current and potential customers in the designated territory / market segment, to generate new business for the organization's products.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, clinical analysis or other related field, and be fluent in Spanish.
