Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Lead to join our Customer Service & Support organization at Microsoft. As a Technical Support Lead, you will be a trusted advisor to our largest and most strategic customers, providing expert technical support and guidance to help them achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on Microsoft products and services, including Cloud, Azure, Identity, M365, CoPilot, Security, and Management.
- Work closely with customer success account managers and account teams to understand customer needs and develop strategic programs to deliver world-class customer support outcomes.
- Manage complex technical issues, including crisis situations, and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer trust and confidence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address systemic issues, and implement process improvements to enhance operations.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to support multiple high-profile strategic accounts and drive proactive support experiences.
- Proven experience in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting, with a focus on Cloud, Windows, and other technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Business Leadership.
- Prior experience in project management and/or technical/IT consulting, with a focus on customer engagements with CTO/CIO/IT director-level stakeholders.
- Level 300 certification in one or more Microsoft technologies, and experience in customer engagements with CTO/CIO/IT director-level stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional EMEA language.
