About the Role
The Customer Success team seeks a Strategic Customer Adoption Specialist to establish relationships with SAS customers, adopt and expand software usage, and identify new opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as primary post-sale contact to develop strong customer advocates.
- Responsible for customer communications and conflict resolution.
- Jointly define success with customers by understanding their business and/or IT problems.
- Work with other SAS stakeholders to develop comprehensive adoption plans.
- Build reports and analytics for data-driven decision making.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within the technology industry is required. A bachelor's or master's Degree in a Technical or Business subject, or equivalent qualification, is preferred. Knowledge of Data Management, Analytics, and AI is essential. Understanding of SAS and/or the banking industry is an advantage. The successful candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and be fluent in English and Spanish. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is also required.
Salary Estimate
This role offers a competitive salary estimate of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
