The Role

You will be joining our French Speaking countries Technical support team, composed of 24 people. As the first contact, you will be in charge of answering incoming phone calls to CS support, welcoming customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities
  1. Answering basic requests that require basic technical knowledge
  2. Handling partners' dedicated email box (@connect.Com)
  3. Creating, qualifying, and dispatching Salesforce cases to dedicated teams (Support/Connectivity Team/AM/or other teams)
  4. Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
  5. Researching required information using available resources
  6. Providing customers with the organization's service and product information
  7. Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management
  8. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
  9. Completing call notes and call reports
  10. Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments
