Office Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Supervisor to join our team in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a reliable office environment and providing support to our colleagues and branch offices across Europe.
About the Role:
The Office Supervisor will be the primary point of contact for external and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This role involves developing and implementing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, and ensuring organizational effectiveness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and execute activities to support the General Manager, Leadership Team, and Supervisory Board.
- Keep a clear overview and timely signal obstacles.
- Initiate, plan, prepare, and organize various meetings with other departments, including formal and informal gatherings.
- Manage and maintain internal communication, presentations, and news on the organizational intranet.
- Conduct reception tasks and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, contacts, and operational matters.
- Coordinate event-related lunches, social events, and special occasions.
- Manage office stock, inventories, orders, and overall cleanliness of the office.
- Support in planning and organizing the emergency plan and safety trainings.
- Manage supplier contracts and address facility issues, such as maintenance, ICT, mobile phone, internet, and subscriptions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Good skills with PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of modern archiving and documentation methods.
- Highly motivated and confident with a high level of accuracy.
- Able to multi-task, aim to target, and work under pressure.
