About the Role:

The Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a reliable office environment, serving as the main interface for external and internal stakeholders.

This role involves developing intra-office communication protocols and streamlining administrative procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiates and executes activities to support the General Manager, Leadership Team, and Supervisory Board.
  • Manages internal communication, presentations, and posts news and events on the organizational intranet.
  • Coordinates event-related lunches, social events, and special occasions.
  • Manages office stock, inventories, orders, and overall cleanliness of the office.
  • Supports in the planning and organizing of the emergency plan and safety trainings.
  • Manages supplier contracts and is the first point of contact for facility issues.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite and good skills with PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of modern archiving and documentation methods.
  • Highly motivated and confident with a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to multi-task, aim to target, and work under pressure.
