Role Overview
Nedena is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing second-level support for CRM application issues and managing incidents or change requests from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, particularly for those not directly involved in an ongoing project.
- Communicate regularly with customers and strengthen relationships with them.
- Inform customers about release waves and present and advise them on new Microsoft features.
- Continuously improve the service offering with new creative and innovative ideas to provide customers with a great experience and high-quality service.
- Manage contracts and set up new service contracts with new customers as well as ongoing contract management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT projects as a Technical/Functional Consultant, Customer Success Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and experience in working with and managing clients.
- Business mindset and ability to see opportunities for upselling and project development.
- German native speaker and fluent in English.
