We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Manager. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and rewarding work environment, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring that all employees feel valued and engaged in their work.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Sourcing: Work closely with our CEO to identify and recruit top talent for our business, including IT profiles.
- Talent Management: Provide training and development opportunities to new hires, anticipate and plan for future talent needs, and implement training sessions to enhance employee skills.
- Process Improvement: Consult and improve HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Employee Experience: Design and disseminate an integrated employee induction program, manage and update the HR intranet site, and organize employee events and memorable experiences.
- Benefits and Perks: Manage the value of the employee proposition to the company, including flexible working hours, vacation time, and access to training courses and internal seminars.
- Education: Graduate in psychology, law, or labor relations.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of IT profiles and the video games sector, people management skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational and coordination skills.
- Language: Fluency in English is a must.
