Nuestro equipo está compuesto por profesionales experimentados en la captación de talento IT y digital, y estamos comprometidos con ofrecer una experiencia de selección de alta calidad a nuestros clientes.
Responsabilidades:
- Realizar la búsqueda y selección de candidatos para posiciones de ventas, marketing, producto, IT, etc.
- Colaborar con el equipo de People Operations para establecer los requisitos de selección y canales de comunicación.
- Preparar informes de candidatos con una calidad alta y específica.
- Seguir el proceso de selección y coordinar con los candidatos y clientes.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en selección de perfiles digitales y liderazgo de procesos de selección completos.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y con autonomía.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y contacto con las personas.
- Conocimientos de búsqueda directa y reclutamiento a través de redes sociales.
- Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y de rápido crecimiento.
