Ejecutar la función de Talent Branding Acquisition en su área de responsabilidad y proporcionar un correcto servicio al negocio según las necesidades de la operación y mercado.
Responsabilidades
- Definir las políticas, procesos y herramientas de su área, asegurando su correcto uso y aplicación en la compañía, siempre con el foco en garantizar una buena experiencia a los colaboradores y candidatos.
- En línea con las tendencias actuales y la estrategia de MHI, definir y velar por la implantación de las mejores prácticas que aseguren la comunicación de nuestra imagen de marca empleadora, así como las fuentes y RRSS más adecuadas de captación de talento en las que debemos tener presencia.
- Lanzar campañas con el objetivo de expandir nuestro recruitment funnel en social media en los diferentes países.
- Crear contenidos y asegurar el delivery para nuestros canales externos corporativos en materia de marca empleadora.
- Elaborar el storytelling durante las diferentes fases de un proceso de selección (atracción-proceso-feedback post) para asegurar que trasladamos los mensajes adecuados a nuestros candidatos durante los procesos de selección.
- Liderar la relación con Universidades estratégicas del colectivo hotelero y definir la estrategia de posicionamiento, las visitas a los centros y gestión de los compromisos.
- Se encarga de realizar campañas de sensibilización y promoción para la atracción del talento de aperturas o de un colectivo crítico concreto y apoya y guía al equipo local en su realización, según aplique.
- Junto con su equipo, realizar la selección interna o externa de manera directa del colectivo de Comité Ejecutivo de los Centros de Operaciones de España, y de Corporate Hotel Servicies (España), encargándose del análisis de los candidatos a través de entrevistas y pruebas de evaluación de potencial.
- Definir, implantar e impulsar políticas, procedimientos y herramientas en el área de adquisición de talento.
- Proporcionar planes de acción de mejora de KPIs de reclutamiento y selección de su colectivo.
- Participar en la definición, ejecución y seguimiento de los Planes de Acción de los diferentes destinos de los diferentes destinos.
- Asegurar el Onboarding de los responsables de Adquisición de Talento, velando por la promesa Meliá al candidato, su formación y alineamiento con el área.
Requisitos
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia en una posición similar o 4 años como HR Manager.
- Se requiere experiencia liderando equipos de al menos 2 años.
- Nivel muy alto de inglés.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Experiencia de al menos dos años en Selección y relaciones institucionales con Universidades y Escuelas.
- Conocimientos en gestión de Redes Sociales y estrategias de Marca Empleadora.
- Proactividad, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
