Walking with purpose, delighting people with a playful, sustainable and responsible walking experience.About the RoleThe trainee will support the Retail HR Department to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and supporting the recruitment and selection process and the onboarding program.
People & Culture Intern
**Your main tasks will be**:Recruitment and Employer Branding**:
- Searching and activation of most efficient recruitment channels.
- Screening and talent scouting
- Support in recruitment processes for retail staff
- Support in the organization of University and Career Day presentations
- Use social networks to showcase our company culture and build a strong employer brand.
**Staff Management**:
- Support in the analysis of business coverage
- Vacation planning and monitoring
- Update of the HR KPIs dashboard report file and archive
- Analysis of monthly incentives for retail store managers and sales associates
- Support in the implementation of people management strategies and initiatives
- Support in the Performance Evaluation process
- Support the HR Department on human resources management in all the key processes
- Support in the hr department tools management for the communication with the employees
- Support in the preparation of department presentations.
About You

- You have previous experience in a HR Department
- You are Positive and available attitude
- You are Good organizational & priority setting skills
- You inspire people and have a strong team spirit and great energy
- You are a great communicator and are highly results oriented
- You can speak fluent English. Any additional language will be a plus.
- You have the legal right to work in Spain without requiring visa sponsorship.
