About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our TUI Musement team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a crucial role in attracting and acquiring top tech talent to support our digital product and IT business functions.

About the Job

  • You will work closely with our Talent Tech Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract the best tech talent in the industry.
  • You will be responsible for building and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to support our digital transformation and growth initiatives.
  • You will support the implementation of digital tools to improve the overall recruitment experience and provide exceptional service to our candidates.

About You

  • You have experience in international sourcing, with a strong background in search execution and successful pitch in the digital and tech space.
  • You have sound experience as a tech sourcer or in-house recruiter, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • You have knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searching, and additional sourcing software/tools.
  • You are technically savvy, organized, and methodical in your execution.
  • You have a creative profile with a digital mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • You are fluent in verbal and written English, with Spanish or Italian being a valuable asset.
