About the Role

The Talent Manager will be a key member of the Sin Nombre team, responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and rewarding work environment. This involves attracting and retaining talented employees, ensuring everyone feels valued and engaged in their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO to source and screen potential new hires for the business.
  • Recruit IT profiles and provide training to new hires.
  • Anticipate and plan for future talent needs, implementing training sessions and consulting on process improvements.
  • Manage the value of the employee proposition to the company, designing and disseminating an integrated employee induction program.
  • Manage and update the HR intranet site, organizing employee events and memorable experiences.

Requirements

  • Graduate in psychology, law, or labor relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of IT profiles and the video games sector.
  • People management and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
