Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placements, to ensure seamless talent acquisition.

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit for client roles, utilizing your knowledge of German-speaking markets.

- Work closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and organizational culture, providing tailored recruitment solutions.
