Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Product Owner to join our team in Mallorca, Spain. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining our product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in close collaboration with our development team and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in close collaboration with the development team and stakeholders.
- Keep an eye on competitors and stay ahead of our market.
- Create user stories and business cases for new product features, bringing customer loyalty to the next level.
- Prioritize product backlog ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and analyze feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Design and iterate on product interfaces, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to improve user experience.
- Work closely with designers to ensure a seamless, visually appealing, and intuitive user experience.
- Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless implementation of new product features and improvements.
- Measure and report on the usability and effectiveness and business value of new features and make adjustments based on user feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS environment, ideally within the retail or loyalty program space.
- Portfolio showcasing UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
