About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead the development of our mobile app, driving innovation and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global product roadmap for our Experiences, Attractions, and Tickets (EAT) and Accommodation Only (AO) areas of the TUI app.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and mobility lead roles to identify new opportunities and develop commercial / business case information.
  • Support the Product Owner and mobility leads to develop, refine, and prioritize the product backlog across all areas and markets.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop best-in-class user journeys designs.
  • Provide line and task management for the EAT and AO Product Owners.
  • Take ownership of relevant KPIs ensuring all developments are aligned to drive performance and have clear metrics and targets.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who can deliver commercial outcomes while still delivering for customers.

  • Exceptional product management skills, owning and managing the Product Roadmap for a global product portfolio.
  • Strong commercial awareness, able to deliver commercial outcomes while still delivering for customers.
  • Strong numeracy skills, able to digest and track KPIs and manipulate simple spreadsheets.
  • Strong project management skills, able to deliver complex plans of work across multiple markets, functions, and business units.
