We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead the development of our mobile app, driving innovation and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global product roadmap for our Experiences, Attractions, and Tickets (EAT) and Accommodation Only (AO) areas of the TUI app.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and mobility lead roles to identify new opportunities and develop a detailed product vision.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop best-in-class user journeys and designs.
- Support the Product Owner and mobility leads to develop, refine, and prioritize the product backlog across all areas and markets.
- Take ownership of relevant KPIs, ensuring all developments are aligned to drive performance and have clear metrics and targets.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager who can deliver commercial outcomes while still delivering for customers. You will have exceptional product management skills, commercial awareness, and strong numeracy skills.
You will also have strong project management skills, able to deliver complex plans of work across multiple markets, functions, and business units. A strong customer focus and stakeholder engagement are essential, as well as strong communication and influencing skills.
Proven experience in product, digital, or e-commerce positions is required, as well as experience working using agile methodologies in product development. Experience working with and developing consumer-facing digital technologies, particularly apps, is also essential.
