We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead the development of our mobile app, driving innovation and delivering a best-in-class user experience for our 20 million customers worldwide.
The successful candidate will work closely with our mobile team in London, collaborating with stakeholders and mobility lead roles to develop and prioritize the global product roadmap for our Experiences, Attractions, and Tickets (EAT) and Accommodation Only (AO) areas of the TUI app.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new opportunities and develop a detailed global product roadmap for the next 12 months and three years.
- Work with stakeholders, solution architects, design, and technical leads to run high-level discoveries on ideas.
- Use commercial and business case information to decide which ideas to progress and plan into the roadmap.
- Support the Product Owner and mobility leads to develop, refine, and prioritize the product backlog across all areas and markets.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop best-in-class user journeys and designs.
- Provide line and task management for the EAT and AO Product Owners, coordinating team activity and ensuring all stories and assets are produced to a high standard.
- Take ownership of relevant KPIs, ensuring all developments are aligned to drive performance and have clear metrics and targets.
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the TUI Musement and AO business areas, building strong working relations.
We are looking for a candidate with exceptional product management skills, owning and managing the product roadmap for a global product portfolio aligned with strategic goals and delivering required KPIs.
Strong commercial awareness, able to deliver commercial outcomes while still delivering for customers, is essential. Strong numeracy skills, able to digest and track KPIs and manipulate simple spreadsheets, are also required.
Experience in project management, delivering complex plans of work across multiple markets, functions, and business units, is highly desirable.
