Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Representative to join our team at Portal Hills Boutique Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests
- Control and prepare arrivals and departures
- Welcome and bid farewell to guests
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Process reservations and operate the telephone system
- Manage complaints and handle invoicing and cash accounting
- Control credit card statements
Requirements
- Completed hotel management training or degree in hotel or tourism management
- Work experience in the front office
- Excellent knowledge of German, Spanish, and English
- Warm and authentic personality
- Flexibility and stress resistance
- Strong guest and service orientation
