**Job Overview**: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to acquire and manage new clients for our medical imaging solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with our sales executives and product teams to create winning proposals and ensure successful client onboarding.

About the Role

  • Proactively identify potential clients in the target market and complete thorough research on their needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations of our medical imaging solutions to prospective clients.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure contracted services are executed on-time and as agreed.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive opportunities through the sales funnel to conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in sales, ideally in medical imaging and/or software, clinical trial services, or a related field.
  • Highly self-organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
  • Skilled in the use of integrated CRM and digital channels/tools, ideally with experience of Hubspot and Sales Navigator.
  • Able to meet and exceed sales goals and deadlines, a self-motivated over-achiever.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling, with excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and having an impact on brain disease.

Estimated Salary Range:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
