About the Role

Arbolus Technologies is a leading provider of innovative solutions for businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales Operations and Strategy to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a sales operations structure and environment that promotes and implements strategy and operational models that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Manage sales planning, reporting, forecasting, quota allocation and management, sales process optimization, territory planning, and sales compensation administration.
  • Manage and optimize the sales process from lead to close, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for sale cycle optimization and acceleration.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Create and manage sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into pipeline and Sales (Inside and New) and Client Development performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Influence and manage CRM and sales technology strategy to scale ahead of the business needs, ensuring that the strategy takes into account the full sales and marketing funnel.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM data.
  • Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the Sales and Client Development teams.
  • Participate in and manage sales territory planning.
  • Support sales training programs to ensure the team is armed with product/domain knowledge.
  • Participate in sales enablement programs, providing the sales teams with the resources needed to close more deals, including content, tools, knowledge, and information to effectively sell to customers.
  • Work with our People and finance functions on sales incentive compensation plans.
  • Act as a sales advocate by balancing sales needs while managing reasonable expectations from an operations perspective.
  • Participate in management decision-making processes concerning sales issues and procedures and serve as an escalation point for the resolution of any issues.
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners and vendors.
Requirements
  • Strong sales acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with a broad team.
  • Extensive first-hand experience with progressive sales automation systems and demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Proven proficiency in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems of all levels of complexity, prioritizing critical client issues, and identifying team needs.
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries.
  • Strong technical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Expert in BI tools (Tableau, Data Studio, etc) and CRM systems (Salesforce), and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing, or related discipline, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience working in sales, business or marketing operations, or business management and leading a team.
  • Start-up and SaaS experience are strongly preferred.
