As the Head of Site Operations and Security, you will play a critical role in driving our site's strategy, performance, and continuous development. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects related to Security, Safety, Health & Environment, and site management, including real estate management, capex projects, maintenance, engineering, workplace management, and on-site services. You will foster collaboration across teams, ensure fit-for-purpose facilities, and deliver state-of-the-art solutions and excellent on-site services. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance & Operations DIA Spain and will be leading a team of leaders and individual contributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support the definition of mid to long-term site strategy to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that enable business functions to attract and retain talents.
- Drive close communication and collaboration with all stakeholders on site, following the customer-first principle to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Establish a systematic review mechanism of site performance and efficiency (incl. external benchmarking).
- Define clear yet simple KPIs to foster high-quality delivery, continuous improvements, collective ownership, and individual accountability.
- Lead local emergency situations in accordance with defined procedures and seamless alignment with key stakeholders.
- Ensure strong security measures are established in relation to physical security (access control, badges, guards), personnel security (provision of protective measures), and information security (building awareness across employees).
- Ensure Site's license to operate by ensuring activity licenses, relevant ISOs certifications, and other supporting certifications are timely obtained and renewed.
- Be responsible for Site Management budget to maximize outcomes and high-quality delivery experience.
