About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Site Operations and SSH&E to lead our site in San Cugat, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, performance, and continuous development of our site. You will oversee all aspects related to Security, Safety, Health & Environment and site management, including real estate management, capex projects, maintenance, engineering, workplace management, and on-site services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration across teams to deliver state-of-the-art solutions and excellent on-site services.
  • Develop and implement mid to long-term site strategies to enable business functions to attract and retain talents.
  • Drive close communication and collaboration with all stakeholders on site, following the customer-first principle to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Establish a systematic review mechanism of site performance and efficiency, including external benchmarking.
  • Define clear yet simple KPIs to foster high-quality delivery, continuous improvements, collective ownership, and individual accountability.
About You

We're looking for a strong leader with proficiency in project & process management and a customer/user-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance & Operations DIA Spain and will be leading a team of leaders and individual contributors.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
