About the Role

You will be responsible for leading a global team of 30+ internal employees and 250+ external collaborators, ensuring excellence in content operations and transforming our organization from work-intensive to self-service-first/automated. Strong collaboration with product and business stakeholders is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have full responsibility and ownership of an operation worth €3 million yearly.
  • Lead a team of 30+ people to greatness (direct and indirect reports).
  • Hire top talent, help them perform, and inspire them to grow.
  • Define long-term strategies, leveraging resources to achieve them.
