About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in nurturing and expanding relationships with key clients. Your primary goal is to support and enhance client experiences by understanding their needs and ensuring they fully leverage our products and services to drive their success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key enterprise and mid-market clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Conduct thorough onboarding sessions for new clients, facilitating seamless integration of our solutions into their workflows
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services that align with client needs and drive increased engagement
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' organizations, objectives, and workflows to maximize value of our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs swiftly, ensuring consistent high-quality service
  • Track account health and proactively address any potential issues to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention
Requirements

We seek a highly skilled individual with:

  • Proven experience in Account Management, ideally within a SaaS or Fintech environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with ability to navigate complex client organizations
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and solid understanding of customer success best practices
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
