We are seeking a highly motivated Global Business Development Specialist, who will contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. This full-cycle position involves managing the sales process from initial contact to contract signature. Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and prospecting new clients in Spain
  • Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
  • Presenting our solution to various stakeholders, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, and Travel Managers
  • Presenting live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
  • Leading negotiations with potential clients from discovery to contract
  • Forecasting sales revenue and providing visibility into the deal pipeline
  • Acting as an evangelist for our solution, attending fairs and public events if necessary
  • Defining quarterly and annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A native level of Spanish and a good level of English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR
  • A 'no excuses' attitude, recognizing that your success depends on your efforts
  • Hunger for challenges and a willingness to continuously improve
  • Proactivity in proposing value-creating solutions and embracing feedback
  • Flexibility in working in a fast-changing environment with uncertain outcomes
