About the Role
This Sales Process Specialist position at Semrush involves assisting the sales team in meeting deadlines for deal closure, building relationships with Account Executives, Managers, and Directors, and collaborating with the Sales team to provide necessary documentation and training. Additionally, this role requires reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contract terms and conditions in collaboration with the legal department, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance deal desk processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration within the organization.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized and structured individual with a strong understanding of sales processes and commercial contract management. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales, 1-2 years of proven inside sales experience, English proficiency, and proficiency in CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or Oracle. Knowledge of the SaaS industry and subscription-based business models is a plus.
