About Your Role: As a Senior Business Development Manager in our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Team, you will maintain and develop CAS business with existing and new customers in your defined sales territory. Your responsibilities will include analyzing the marketplace, developing a sales strategy, and presenting it to management for approval. You will also identify key decision makers and opinion leaders, increase penetration in existing accounts, and provide technical support to customers.

Salary and Benefits: This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career while earning a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, plus benefits that include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth. Additionally, you will be located in Oviedo or Gijon and will cover the Asturias territory.

Job Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in sales and business development. You should be able to analyze market trends, develop effective sales strategies, and present them to management. You should also be able to identify and address key decision makers and opinion leaders, increase penetration in existing accounts, and provide technical support to customers.
