Job Summary

At Tech Stead, we are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our reseller partners, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize opportunities and generate revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Conduct regular business reviews with resellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Native-level Norwegian language skills and fluency in English (B2)
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the high-tech industry
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and identify solutions to complex problems
