We are seeking a highly skilled Part Time Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Orihuela Costa. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and sales support to meet the needs of our busy real estate agency.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow with a successful and reputable company. You will work closely with our sales staff to manage all aspects of administration, welcome visitors, and deal with phone and email inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be IT literate with strong administrative and organisational skills. They will also be self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy, with the ability to work well within a small team environment and under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of administration required within the office
  • Welcome all visitors to the office
  • Deal with all phone and email enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Liaise with clients to assess their needs and convert leads into viewings
  • Market and advertise properties, including arranging property schedules, window cards, and uploading photographs and creating descriptions
  • Arrange appointments with vendors and provide feedback after viewings

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT literacy and strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Ability to work well within a small team environment and under pressure

Benefits:
