Key Responsibilities- Program Ownership: You will be responsible for the ownership of omnichannel programs for clients, providing strategic input and day-to-day management of tactics.
- Brand Planning: You will participate in brand planning for strategy development and activities definition, responsible for the execution of digital activities.
- Channel Optimization: You will identify and implement healthcare professionals' most preferred channels, content, and format for digital communication.
- Marketing Campaigns: You will develop and implement marketing campaigns, evaluating and reporting campaign performance.
- Customer Experience: You will provide a seamless company/brand experience, regardless of channel or device.
- Competitive Analysis: You will analyze the competitive context of omnichannel solutions in the market to properly position Takeda versus competitors.
- Guidance and Support: You will guide clients and colleagues with varying experiences in digital and omnichannel through potential solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent as well as relevant work experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated progressive experience in planning and executing marketing programs.
- Digital Expertise: Experience in designing digital customer touchpoints that result in positive customer experiences.
- Campaign Management: Proficient understanding of and experience in setting up digital and multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Ability to work with the marketing & sales team to track and report on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to proactively consult with various stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the pharmaceutical digital ecosystem and key platforms, with some hands-on experience in key channels (e.g., CRM, Approved email, Veeva engage, marketing automation) would be a plus.
- Agency Partnerships: Experience in conducting strategic briefs and working closely with agency partners for content creation and approval.
- Compliance: Ideally knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements and implications for building materials, communications, and campaigns.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
- Team Player: Team player who is flexible, results- and service-oriented, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
