Job Title: HR Business Partner

At Oilandgas.Org, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand and implement people strategies that drive business results.
  • Lead the rollout of HR core processes, ensuring alignment with our HR Center of Excellence.
  • Develop and drive ad-hoc HR-led projects, collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve company goals.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR-related matters, providing guidance and support to our clients.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in HRBP/HR Management roles in multinational companies.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent management, labor law, compensation, and HR systems.
  • Business acumen, with the ability to apply knowledge of the business to achieve company goals.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with business leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Data literacy, with the ability to use data, metrics, and evidence to drive decision-making and change.
