Job Title: HR Business Partner

Join Cofely Espana as an HR Business Partner and become a trusted advisor to our client groups. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business success through people management strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with MDs, Directors, and managers to understand, plan, and implement people strategies.
  • Act as an advocate for employees and drive ad-hoc HR-led projects.
  • Collaborate in assigned Business-led projects and serve as a SPOC for HR GBUs and Hub.
  • Develop and drive HR core processes in alignment with HR CoE's.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Sr HRBP/HR Management roles in matrixed multinational companies.
  • Strong understanding of various HR functions, including talent management, local labour law, compensation, and HR systems.
  • Business acumen and ability to understand and apply knowledge of the business to achieve company goals.
  • Communication skills and ability to interact with business leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Data literacy and ability to use data, metrics, and evidence to drive decision-making and change.
