Sibelco Minerales, S.L. is seeking an experienced HR Payroll and Workday Project Manager to join our global HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the HR Payroll project and contributing to the implementation of all compensation-related modules of Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with global and local HR, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and maintenance.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations while balancing global standardization needs with local specificities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Payroll and related projects.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solver with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and systems; previous experience with Workday is a must.
- Expertise in Payroll processes, compensation and benefit calculation, tax and social security knowledge across multiple countries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
