Job Title: HR Payroll Analyst

Page Personnel is seeking a highly skilled HR Payroll Analyst to join its team. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for providing support to senior payroll staff, ensuring accurate data uploads to the payroll system, and producing reports using a reporting system and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide flexible support to senior payroll team members, including data uploads to the payroll system.
  • Write and produce reports using a reporting system and MS Excel.
  • Work with outsourced payroll providers to resolve system-related issues and generate reports.
  • Demonstrate a positive customer service focus to internal and external payroll customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the validation and processing of spreadsheets.
  • Research and prepare special reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Support payroll audits from a systems and reporting perspective.
  • Lead data quality and testing for payroll implementations and projects.
  • Validate and process integration files and reporting outputs for statutory companies.
  • Analyze problems and errors, including period-end checks.
  • Support business growth and development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of payroll experience.
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to step in and out of day-to-day payroll activities to support the team.
  • Demonstrable experience working to deadlines and performing duties under pressure.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Project, Vision, and Power BI.
  • High level of English proficiency.
What We Offer:
  • Long-term contract.
  • Salary: €32,000-€40,000.
  • Offices in the center of Madrid.
  • Two days of remote work per week.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
