Job Summary:

At AWS, we are expanding our remote sales function to drive growth across a set of AWS customers in Enterprise, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), or high priority acquisition targets in the Small Medium Business segment.

As a Central Sales Representative, you will be responsible for exercising acquisition skills, using solution-specific targeted campaigns to help grow consumption of current and net-new AWS services.

In this full sales-cycle quota carrying role, you will use your sales and technical experience to work proactively with our customers to accelerate their journey to the cloud.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan.
  • Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically.
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS.
  • Work with AWS partners to manage joint selling opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of technology related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certified.
  • Proven IT sales track record.
  • BA/BS degree required; Masters or MBA a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience and knowledge in Cloud Technologies and Technical Sales.
  • Proven AWS Cloud knowledge, AWS Certification (or equivalent).
  • Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies.
  • Experience working with and presenting to customers and exposure to senior decision makers.
  • English and Portuguese speaker.
