About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our B2C Sales Team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating daily international sales operations and dealing with admissions for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will advise customers on destinations, schools, and programs, as well as contact leads to maximize sales opportunities and progress each lead to ensure upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • You will build strong customer rapport through high-quality written and oral communications and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
  • You will organise phone contacts and interviews requests with prospects, create and follow up on quotes, and transform leads into bookings.
  • You will update your knowledge about our schools, destinations, and sales techniques regularly.
  • You will work closely with Student Support teams based in each school to confirm availability, collect deposit payments, and proceed with data input on Salesforce.
  • You will participate in occasional student fairs.
Qualifications
  • You should have relevant experience in sales, ideally in the travel and tourism industry or language education.
  • You should have professional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You should have Italian level C1/C2 with very high English, and other languages are a plus.
  • You should have the ability to prioritise effectively and work with deadlines.
  • You should have experience of dealing with a high volume of leads.
  • You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You should have the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales in the required language and English.
  • You should be resilient and consistent, with the ability to bounce back from setbacks and remain focused on goals.
