Sales Executive with International Growth Potential

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Language Matters. As a German speaking sales executive, you will be responsible for driving international growth across Northern and Central Europe from our UK headquarters in Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will engage with customers from the DACH region, the Nordics, and Eastern Europe, developing strong sales channel relationships and building a collaborative approach.
- You will manage sales from initial outreach to final deal closure, providing solutions to a wide range of industries including media, transport, energy, and healthcare.
- You will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders in customer accounts, leveraging your influencing skills to drive results.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders in customer accounts
- Naturally curious, highly engaging, and able to confidently capture attention
- Strong interest in IT or AV technology, with experience in B2B technology sales or working with channel partners
- Commitment to continuous learning and development, aiming to grow into more senior sales or technical roles
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
