**Job Overview**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Cloud Sales Manager - Data Growth Specialist.

As a key member of our EMEA South region, you will be responsible for driving strong annual growth in revenue and bookings through an aggressive customer acquisition strategy.

This role requires a proven track record of success in sales management, with a consistent history of overachieving quota and revenue goals.

You will lead a high-performing sales organization, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent to achieve incredible results for our customers.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will establish trusted relationships with corporate teams, implement effective operating models, and drive adoption of our sales methodology and tools.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive pipeline generation strategy and execution plan to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, industry marketing, field marketing, strategic operations, product management, and recruiting to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competition, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals, with a strong understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level executives, including C-level decision-makers.
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities, with experience in sales process optimization and sales metrics analysis.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional languages being an asset.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Location**
