Raketech Group, a powerhouse in iGaming affiliate and performance marketing, is seeking a passionate and quick-thinking Sports Product Growth Strategist to drive our vision forward.

We propel growth and innovation with our finger on the pulse of the industry. As a Sports Product Growth Strategist, you will take responsibility for driving the growth and profitability of our Sports products.

The Role: We seek a seasoned professional to join our crew and lead a portfolio of products within the Sports vertical. Your focus will be on business growth and profitability, requiring strong leadership skills and a result-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of products within the Sports vertical, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
  • Contribute to the vision and growth strategy of your products, utilizing business, market, and user insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, explore, and solve user/business problems & opportunities.
  • Work in an iterative and agile/lean product development mindset throughout the whole user journey (acquisition, activation, revenue & retention).

Requirements:

  • Working proficiency in English, both verbal and written, and preferably also in Swedish.
  • Proficient experience in business roles within Product and from agile and lean product management.
  • Data-driven experience with analytical tools such as PowerBI, GA4, Hotjar.
  • Capable of using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, GA4, and Search Console.
  • A result-driven leader with excellent communication skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
