About This Role

We are seeking a Global Account Manager to join our team. As a Global Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our existing clients and will handle all communications with them via Zoom, email, phone, and LinkedIn. You will need to have a vast understanding and interest in the world of marketing and sales, as the collaboration with our clients is of a highly consultative nature.

You will oversee and run campaigns in close collaboration with our operations and data team, structuring and analyzing data, executing campaign steps, creating reports, and proposing new strategies to our clients. This is a 360-degree role that requires strong attention to detail, a general business development mindset, and great communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, has a consultative mindset, and is socially adept and confident to work with clients. You should have a great understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, strong project management skills, excellent time management and organization, attention to detail, and the capacity to focus. Mathematically minded and proficient in spreadsheets are also essential.
