Job Title: Global Account Operations Manager

Join Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Global Account Operations Manager and take on a key role in managing our top customers. As a member of our account team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with selected Tier 1 Global Accounts from an operational point of view.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational relationships with Global customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers about HP order fulfillment capabilities and delivery performance
  • Contribute to relationship building with customers as a trusted HP direct advisor
  • Enable sales force to focus on revenue and margin-related activities
  • Coordinate HP Sales Operations strategies and align operational commitments of different business unit sales teams
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and driving incremental business
  • Report back to customers on delivered performance (operations reviews, reporting)
  • Manage senior-level escalations
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of HP capabilities and key commercial strategies
  • Understanding of internal approval processes and contract requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more experience in an operational role
  • Project and/or Program Management experience preferably within an international environment
  • Fluent in English both oral and in writing
  • Fluency in other European languages will be a plus (French preferred)
