Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement creative ways to improve client relationships by providing performance-enhancing suggestions and promoting Google products.
- Provide strategic advice to help businesses get the best return on investment (ROI) from their advertising expenditure.
- Communicate effectively with customers via various channels, including phone, video conference, and email.
Requirements:
- Native proficiency in German and C1 level in English, both spoken and written.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
What We Offer:
- A full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
- A competitive salary: starting from 30,000 euro gross/year + up to 3,500 euro gross/year in bonus.
