Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Strategy Executive at CoRegistros S.L., you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's sales strategy to achieve sales targets. This includes managing sales policies, recruiting, managing, and leading a sales team, as well as assuming full commercial responsibility for all clients in the portfolio.

Main Objectives:

  • Creation and implementation of the company's sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Management of sales policies and recruitment, management, and leadership of a sales team.
  • Full commercial responsibility for all clients in the portfolio, including preparation of sales plans for top customers.
  • Opening new markets abroad.
  • Professional social media management and monitoring to identify new business opportunities.
  • Creation and presentation of deliverables to address customer needs and close opportunities efficiently.
  • Delivery of references and satisfied accounts to leverage in future sales engagements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, lead, and close deals efficiently.
  • Good software skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Analytics, and CRMs.
  • Proven record of effective account management, customer service, and business management excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade others through professional online presence.
  • Strong level of English and Spanish, with other languages a plus.
  • Good understanding of online marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, database marketing, and social media.
  • Knowledge of call centers or database business clients in Spain, Europe, and Latin America is a plus.
