Sales Business Development Representative

Role Summary
As a Sales Business Development Representative at Teamtailor, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and closing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, including identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating business proposals, and closing new opportunities.
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, social networks, and other channels to identify potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Customer Success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a growth mindset, continuously learning and understanding our product, internal processes, and industry.
- Work as a team player, providing ideas, feedback, and support to direct peers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales, with SaaS platforms being highly desirable.
- Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
- Ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency, delivering results in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
