About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our expanding team at Xe. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business relationships and generating quality new clients for our Corporate Sales team to manage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sourcing and identification of prospective clients through internet research, CRM, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Conduct initial fact-finding and qualification to identify potential applications for Xe services
  • Understand client FX requirements and develop effective pitches
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM database and update sales pipelines to report to Team Lead HoC
  • Originating sales ideas and executing sales campaigns
  • Monthly and quarterly individual sales performance reporting
  • Explaining FABs of corporate services to decision makers
  • Conducting currency audits or rate comparisons for prospective clients
  • Booking meetings and appointments for field sales to present our services
  • Working effectively across teams to hand over new clients to the service delivery team
Requirements
  • Sales or Dealing experience: Minimum of 3 years in a (FX) sales or dealing role
  • Native Spanish Speaker
  • Strong track record of outperformance relative to targeted KPIs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced result-driven sales environment
